This feature garden had to be open, inviting people to come and sit down. I therefore elected to use sunken planting with a very textural pallet – lots of greens and subdued colours – and shade to part-shade planting.
The three water features were made from Shou Sugi Ban, a Japanese method of charring wood. The canopy was a Renson Algarve from Garden House Design. The garden was built by Kebur Landscape Division and the plants were supplied by Creepers Nursery.
